- In order to exchange views and entertain useful suggestions and proposals, Parent Teacher Meetings are organized, every month.
- Parents/guardians are requested to make use of the opportunity to meet the teachers of their wards on the day set aside as ParentTeacher Meeting. It will be usually on the last Saturday of every month. It is an occasion for the Parents to discuss the performance of their ward and also to enable the Teachers to understand the family atmosphere of the ward.
- It is also an occasion for the parent to understand that they are not only paying the school fees but are equally responsible for the all round development of their ward.
- Usually the day set aside for Parent-Teacher Meet should be used to discuss all about the course and other matter and as far as possible request to meet the teacher on other days except for emergency should be avoided.
- To hold high expectations for their children, both academically and socially, and inform their children of their expectations.
- To maintain regular communication with the school through formal and informal conferences with teachers and to be willing and available to discuss problems as they arise.
- Communication throughout the academic year serves encouragement and support for the students.
